Position: Communications and Admin Assistant (Intermediate)

Location: SM CDO Downtown Premier

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night shift

Your Role:

As a Communications and Admin Assistant, you will:

  • Communicate with guests, homeowners, and the STRM team to ensure clear, timely updates
  • Support positive guest experiences while maximizing value for clients
  • Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and records across departments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and manage reservations in Guesty and Breezeway
  • Escalate issues as needed to supervisors and ensure proper documentation of tasks
  • Perform safety and security checks and review guest feedback
  • Enter, match, and verify receipts and vendor reports using tools like Dext and Excel
  • Support reporting by tracking role-specific and company metrics
  • Perform data entry and maintain platforms for accurate information access
  • Attend meetings and support additional administrative tasks as required

What You Need: Non-negotiables

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer or client support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use discretion and read between the lines in guest communications

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience in Short-Term Rentals, Hospitality, or Property Management
