AU Bookkeeper

Job Description: The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our clients, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Australian accounting software: MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations.
Assist in the preparation of BAS (Business Activity Statements)
Liaise with Australian clients to address their accounting needs and queries.
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
Provide support during audits and tax preparation.
Perform other accounting duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with Australian clients.
Proficiency in Reckon, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
Strong understanding of Australian accounting principles and tax regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in Angeles City
