Responsibilities- Set the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
- Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
- Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
- Complete projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
- Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
- Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Act as the content expert, maintaining relevant training documents and materials.
- Develop and create effective induction programs.
- Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussions with their managers.
- Ensure statutory training requirements are met and contribute to e-learning development where relevant.
- Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
- Ensure all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field (training or teaching).
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Problem solver and critical thinker; ability to present and facilitate class discussions.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with the ability to motivate and engage an audience.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
