As an HR Personnel within our construction project team, you will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture to support construction projects. Responsibilities include:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: determine staffing needs, source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled labor, engineers, project managers, and staff; facilitate onboarding with necessary training, paperwork, and tools.
• Employee Relations: serve as a point of contact for questions and conflicts, promote morale and engagement, address disciplinary issues per company policies and legal regulations.
