Job 1 — Project Manager, Restaurant Construction

• Responsibilities:

  • 3 years as a Construction Project Manager overseeing life-cycle of projects
  • Experience with ground-up or renovations of Restaurants, Retail, or Tenant Fit-outs
  • OSHA/BOSH/COSH certifications preferred
  • MS Project, Excel, Outlook, Word proficiency
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to start ASAP; Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Salary: Php20,000.00 – Php35,000.00 per month
• Benefits: Pay raise
• Schedule: 10-hour shift
