Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test plans. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar). Perform different types of testing including: Functional testing, Regression testing and User acceptance testing (UAT) Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand product features and requirements. Provide clear, concise, and actionable bug reports with reproducible steps. Verify fixes and perform re-testing. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. 1–3 years of experience in Cypress Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) . Hands‑on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Ability to identify edge cases and think from an end‑user perspective. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
