FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Quantity Surveyor who will assume a pivotal role within our team. The chosen candidate will hold the responsibility of providing in-house estimates for a range of land development and vertical construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of in-house estimates for various land development and vertical construction projects as basis for comparison of awarding potential contractors.
  • Preparation of bid documents for construction projects.
  • Cost monitoring and control of ongoing projects.
  • Preparation of budget and payment schedules.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Civil 3D.
  • Proficiency in Revit is an advantage.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in construction, particularly in quantity estimates, bidding and contract review.
  • Must have experience and proficiency in estimation of both land development cost and vertical construction (MEFPS).
  • Knowledge and experience in land development is a plus.
  • Efficient team player, leader and capable of working under pressure.
  • Driver’s license is a plus.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
