We are seeking a senior-level Marketing Strategist to take full ownership of building and leading the marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments, enjoys creating structure from scratch, and can operate independently with minimal supervision. Part‑time: 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours) Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Monthly Rate: $700‑950 (based on a 20‑hour workweek; flexible depending on experience) What You'll Be Doing: Develop a comprehensive, data‑informed marketing strategy based on a deep understanding of the goals, the target audience (Asia‑to‑Europe), and the competitive landscape Establish the brand's presence by creating core messaging, defining clear value propositions, and setting the tone of voice tailored to the luxury education and boarding school industry Build foundational marketing assets from scratch, including website content, engaging brochures, presentations, and professional social media profiles Identify, manage, and execute campaigns across key channels: Social media and specialised content marketing Developing partnerships with boarding schools and educational networks Targeted campaigns in key markets Design and manage effective lead‑generation initiatives, including student inquiry funnels and parent outreach programs Measure and report performance metrics, providing clear recommendations for improvement, budget allocation, and ROI tracking Advise the founder on marketing priorities and long‑term strategic direction Who You Are: 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or Head of Marketing in the education, study abroad, or student recruitment sectors Strong understanding of international education markets, particularly Asia‑to‑Europe student pathways and the boarding school ecosystem A strategic thinker who can create structure from ambiguity and take full ownership of outcomes and execution Comfortable working independently and proactively driving initiatives without waiting for instructions Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with both discerning parents and educational institutions Experienced in developing marketing materials and coordinating with designers, copywriters, or agencies as needed Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools (social media, content management, email marketing, and analytics) Recruitment Process: Initial Interview (HR/Recruiter) Final Interview (Client) #J-18808-Ljbffr
