About the Role As our Senior Finance Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the financial team, ensuring the business continues to grow sustainably and profitably. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, working closely with the operations team to translate numbers into insights, and partnering with retail and brand leads to improve commercial outcomes. This role will also include a transactional component with which you must be comfortable. You’ll be responsible for: Delivering group profitability – targeting a 10% profit margin in the next financial year. Producing management reports within 5 working days of the month‑end . Maintaining accuracy and compliance through monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations and robust financial controls. Working collaboratively across retail operations to ensure the business is set up for scale and efficiency. What You’ll Bring Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce (CA/CPA preferred). Proven experience in financial management within retail, FMCG or distribution. Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills. A proactive, collaborative leadership style – able to deliver both the detail and the broader commercial story. A passion for process improvement, accuracy and fast turnaround times. Why Join Us?
