Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee store operations planning, directing, and activities. • Monitor achievement of sales targets, implement sales programs and strategies to meet targets upon the approval of the Retail Sales Manager. • Conduct training and motivate store personnel towards the attainment of sales targets. • Maintain store expenses within the budget and minimize cost in utilities, supplies and maintenance. • Conduct daily store meetings with subordinates to monitor sales and efficiency of personnel. • Secure company assets are handled well such as but not limited to store personnel, store fixtures, cash and merchandise. • Review and submit reports such as but not limited to Daily Sales Report (DSR), monthly sales and evaluation report, monthly inventory report, and competitors activities. • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior. Requirements: • College graduate preferably bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accountancy or equivalent. • Preferably at least 1 to 3 years experience in the related field. • Experience in Retail Pay: ₱20,000.00 - ₱23,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Paid training • Ability to commute/relocate: Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Store Management: 1 year (Preferred) • Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: • Paid training
