We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journeyResponsibilitiesManage various cross-functional teams to construct internal security capabilities and platform services.Develop product strategy, manage product planning, and conduct market research and competitor analysis, to formulate product roadmap.Create efficient and high-quality service docking capabilities, enhancing the interactive experience, and lowering the user's barriers to understanding and using security services.Collect product requirements understanding users’ pain points and conduct requirement analysis to determine priorities and meet business needs and objectives.Prepare product requirement documents, design product prototypes, and drive collaboration with internal stakeholders.Define and evaluate success metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the product.Collect user feedback for product improvement and optimization. Qualifications QualificationsMust have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Science, Information Design and Data Visualization, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Science, Information Design and Data Visualization, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:Performing market assessments of business opportunities to support product strategy decisions;Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome;Designing and executing multi-stage go-to-market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit;Utilizing product design tools: Azure, Sketch, or Figma; andDesigning product features that utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and large language model (LLM) to drive customer success.Type: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: San Jose, CASalary Range: $ - $ per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ - $ annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
