Your role TheSupplyChain Accounting Specialist is responsible forthe management of all commissary inventory-related information and transactions for assigned Legal Entities of the Jollibee Group of Companies under Jollibee Worldwide Services (JWS). The role includes monitoring, recording, reporting, analyzing, and issue escalation and resolution of all inventory movements across the related supply chain and logistics modules. Generates weekly manufacturing process order reports and processes settlement of PO with complete status Generates Inventory transactions, evaluates correctness, reclassifies and adjusts exceptions to appropriate charge account Checks correctness of actual Sales and COS for the month per GP, per product, per depot, per plant, and per profit center Prepares Commissary Sales Certificate and Inventory Listing for submission to Tax Services Prepares Inventory Warehouse Insurance Report for submission to Corporation Finance for Insurance declaration Training, development & rotations Beelong to a company that provides you with opportunities to build a legacy and to reach your full potential.As an organization, Jollibee is committed to the continuous development of all its people.
