Key Responsibilities Perform regular business data analysis to support management reporting and decisionmaking. Conduct system reconciliation between internal and external data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution. Develop or utilize automation tools, scripts, or programs (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or other BI tools) to streamline data validation and reporting processes. Prepare accurate and timely reports summarizing findings, insights, and reconciliation results. Collaborate with the finance, operations, and IT teams to improve data integration and reporting workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, system reconciliation, or similar roles. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Python, or Tableau is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
