We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our software development team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and quality control processes. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report software defects and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
  2. Collaborate with our development team to identify and report software defects, and work closely with them to ensure that defects are resolved in a timely manner.
  3. Perform functional and regression testing on software applications, and ensure that all features and functionalities are working as intended.
  4. Write automated test scripts using various testing frameworks and tools.
  5. Work with our product management team to understand customer requirements and ensure that our software applications meet these requirements.
  6. Continuously monitor and improve our testing processes and methodologies to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality software applications to our customers.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing for software applications.
  3. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
  4. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
  5. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  3. Ability to work with the remote team with constant communication.
  4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  5. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
  6. BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree.
