The Role
  1. Prepares monthly financial analyses, including distributing revenue and expenditure reports to departments.
  2. Analyzes and reconciles expenditure and revenue accounts.
  3. Checks and verifies all invoices and vouchers for payment.
  4. Monitors revenues and expenditures, ensuring data is recorded in the financial system.
  5. Supervises reimbursement billings and tracks receivables, ensuring monthly reconciliation.
  6. Prepares audit schedules for external auditors.
  7. Ensures compliance with tax requirements, including filing and remittances.
  8. Assists in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
  9. Supports the Finance and Admin Manager during budget processes and reviews.
  10. Ensures billing accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
  11. Accounts for all sales invoices, official receipts, and deposit slips.
  12. Prepares aging summaries of accounts receivable for evaluation and review.
  13. Supervises lower-level accounting personnel.
Ideal Profile Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Relevant certification such as CPA is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP/Inforsun accounting software is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable about tax requirements, including filing and remittances.
  • Ability to prepare accurate reports on schedule.
