Overview The Outbound Sales Representative (Account Reactivation & Growth Team) plays a key role in driving revenue growth and customer re‑engagement for ServiceSeeking.com.au , one of Australia's leading online marketplaces connecting homeowners with local tradies and service providers. This role is part of a sales team focused on reconnecting with former and inactive business members , helping them restart their memberships, and promoting the value of ServiceSeeking's platform to win more jobs. While the initial focus will be on account reactivation campaigns , this team will also support other sales initiatives and growth programs — including but not limited to outbound lead generation, upselling, renewals, and special promotions. The role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and want opportunities for long‑term growth within the company. Start Date: Mid-November Applicant should be based in NCR (National Capital Region), Bulacan, Antipolo, Laguna, or Cavite Key Responsibilities Make high‑volume outbound calls to inactive or former business members to reintroduce ServiceSeeking's platform and offerings. Business fluent English proficiency required for effective communication during high‑volume outbound calls. Promote membership plans, reactivation options, and product features that help businesses succeed on the site. Identify reasons for previous churn and position tailored solutions to re‑engage members. Support other outbound sales initiatives and campaigns as assigned (e.g., renewals, upselling, special promotions). Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM (Hubspot). Prior experience with any CRM system required for effective data management and record keeping. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to refine scripts, strategies, and offers. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings. Minimum of 2+ years outbound sales experience required for this role. Minimum of 2+ years experience in reactivation sales is required for this position. Standard business hours schedule required for outbound sales activities. Qualifications & Experience At least 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, or customer engagement roles in a high volume environment. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills. Confident phone manner and ability to handle objections effectively. Results‑driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Team‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable to evolving priorities and campaigns. Experience with CRM tools or customer databases preferred. Experience in online marketplaces, SaaS, or service‑based platforms is an advantage.
