Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Collections Associate.

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our credit and collections efforts by driving productivity, resolving customer concerns, generating reports, and contributing to team strategy execution. What the role will entail

  • Achieve collection productivity targets through negotiation, persuasion, and necessary follow-ups
  • Support co-collection associates in meeting team targets
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer feedback
  • Assess team outputs against standards and assist with strategic execution
  • Provide timely and accurate MIS reports (daily, monthly, ad hoc)
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with related units/departments

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably in Accountancy, Management, or Banking and Finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit & collections and/or customer service
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willing to accept a 6-month fixed-term employment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
