About the role
We are urgently hiring for Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles at our call center in Cebu Central Visayas. This is a full-time position with an upcoming training class starting on October 6th. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions

  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

  4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services

  5. Adhere to call centre policies, procedures, and quality standards

  6. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
