We’re Hiring: Marketing Head

Location: Quezon City

We are seeking a Marketing Head to lead our organization’s end-to-end marketing operations. This role carries full leadership over the company’s marketing pillars—Digital, Events, Creative, Production, PR, Brand, and Advertising —and is responsible for developing strategies that build brand equity, enhance customer engagement, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight across all marketing functions

  • Design and implement integrated campaigns that strengthen market presence and sales performance

  • Lead budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking for multi-channel initiatives

  • Guide and mentor marketing managers and teams, fostering innovation and accountability

  • Safeguard brand integrity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms and touchpoints

  • Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform strategy and execution

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline; postgraduate studies an advantage

  • At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience , with 5+ years in a senior leadership role

  • Demonstrated success in managing diverse marketing disciplines under one structure

  • Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and integrated communications

  • Proven ability to translate insights and data into actionable growth strategies

  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
