About the role Hallmark Mining Corporation is seeking a talented Senior Geodetic Engineer to join our team. As a Geodetic Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the mining operations at our site in Macambol Mati City, Davao Oriental. This is a full‑time position that will allow you to contribute to the strategic objectives of our company. What you’ll be doing Conducting land surveying and mapping to support mining activities Preparing accurate topographical maps, site plans, and construction drawings Monitoring and maintaining survey equipment to ensure reliable data collection Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide engineering support for mine planning and development Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to surveying and mapping Mentoring and training junior members of the surveying team What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Geodetic Engineer, preferably in the mining industry Proficient in the use of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and GIS software Strong technical skills and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability What we offer At Hallmark Mining Corporation, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
