Role In this role, your mission is to ensure financial operations are seamless and effective. You will make a direct impact by: Preparing and recording daily and monthly financial entries and effectively reconciling discrepancies. Overseeing the month-end close process and contributing to year-end closings, ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions. Conducting inventory and asset reconciliations while assisting with budgeting and financial analyses. Compiling commission calculations and generating detailed reports to support business decisions. Collaborating on audits and managing special projects as necessary to ensure compliance and operational excellence. This Role Is for You If… Experience 5+ years in accounting or a related field, preferably with a focus on financial management. Technical Skills Familiarity with GAAP principles, general accounting practices, and financial analysis. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software. Non-Negotiables Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly. Bonus Points Experience in US tax regulations and accounts payable functions.
