Your Role: Key responsibilities as follows: Formulates research plans with appropriate design and sampling for assigned studies. Prepares questionnaires aligned with study objectives. Coordinates with Field Operations for fieldwork and data requirements. Oversees preparation of field materials and data gathering. Briefs Market Research Coordinators and interviewers on study parameters. Monitors fieldwork and data processing to ensure project specifications are met. Cleans and processes raw data, generating necessary data tables. Writes comprehensive reports addressing client objectives, ensuring timely delivery. Validates findings with internal and external data sources. Monitors research direction, consumer trends, and competitor activities across media. Develops and maintains industry contacts and updates research databases. Performs additional related tasks as assigned. About You: The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Statistics, Communication Research, or a related business field. Open to fresh graduates. Basic skills in designing and executing research plans, generating insights, and data modeling. Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Novaliches, Quezon City.
