Responsibilities Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for metal fabrication projects. Material Take-offs: Conduct precise material quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular cost reports. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts, including negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. Project Evaluation: Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify cost implications, risks, and value engineering opportunities. Financial Control: Ensure compliance with budget constraints, manage payments to contractors and suppliers, and prepare progress claims and invoices. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency and project success. Reporting: Prepare financial and cost reports for management and clients. Job Requirements A bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
