Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute both short- and long-term plans to balance supply and demand in support of inventory requirements.

  • Lead collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and resolve operational concerns.

  • Monitor the movement of materials across purchasing, storage, production, and retail distribution channels.

  • Establish optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.

  • Proactively address raw material shortages and ensure smooth coordination with local material coordinators and site supply chain managers.

  • Drive optimization and continuous improvement in material availability, inventory days, write-offs, and slow-moving stock.

  • Design and implement tools and processes to strengthen supply chain planning functions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with contractual terms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in operational planning, supply chain, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • Strong command of business English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accountability.

  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Training / Certifications:

  • SAP, APO, or MRP functional training.

  • APICS Module I: Basics of Supply Chain Management (or equivalent).
