About the role Join the dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. In this full‑time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our healthcare organization. What you’ll be doing Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights. Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media content. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, budget tracking, and reporting. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to our marketing strategy. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or client‑facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
