Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the organization’s financial health. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related fields (preferred). Experience Proven experience in marketing within the finance or banking industry ((X) years). Experience with financial products, services, or investment portfolios is a plus. Track record of successful marketing campaigns, preferably in finance. Technical Skills Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, PPC, and content marketing. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in marketing materials. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Competency in analyzing marketing data and generating actionable insights. Core Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of financial products and market trends. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially for translating complex financial concepts into customer-friendly language. Creativity in designing engaging campaigns and marketing strategies. Analytical mindset to assess ROI, customer acquisition metrics, and campaign performance. Team collaboration skills and the ability to work with finance, product, and sales teams. Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Certifications Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing Certification). Certification in financial marketing or related fields (optional). Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Customer-focused approach with a deep understanding of audience segmentation.
