Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, PPC, and content marketing. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in marketing materials. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Competency in analyzing marketing data and generating actionable insights. Core Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of financial products and market trends. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially for translating complex financial concepts into customer-friendly language. Creativity in designing engaging campaigns and marketing strategies. Analytical mindset to assess ROI, customer acquisition metrics, and campaign performance. Team collaboration skills and the ability to work with finance, product, and sales teams. Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Certifications Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing Certification). Certification in financial marketing or related fields (optional). Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Customer-focused approach with a deep understanding of audience segmentation.
