The employer is a fast growing multinational healthcare business looking to grow their finance team in the Philippines.

• Prepare and oversee financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present financial reports, including key performance indicators, to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

A successful FP&A Supervisor should have:

• Strong experience in FP&A with at least 5 years
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data.
• The ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
