The FG Inventory Analyst is responsible for the proper recording and inventory accounting of commodity materials at Iligan plant and satellite warehouses. The role ensures proper accounting of Finished Goods inventory, and that physical count reconciles with the accounting perpetual count. Responsibilities Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory count of all Finished Goods (FG) items stored in the warehouse; ensure FG inventory count reconciles with the perpetual accounting count; prepare and submit daily and monthly finished goods inventory reports; trace inventory variances and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on variance disposition; monitor inventory system transactions including production posting and ship confirmations; handle transactions of non-conforming products; prepare and update the Variance Cause Analysis report and maintain records of variance disposition. Warehousing / Storage Management: Ensure FG movements are properly documented; ensure proper storage of finished goods according to established standards; report non-conformance to the standard storing procedure; monitor FG aging and report products approaching expiry; monitor FG condition during daily physical checks; report non-conforming products and monitor FIFO non-compliance. Qualifications Education: A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Accounting. Experience: Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Licenses: N/A Other Requirements: Good communication skills, both written & verbal; collaboration skills; good interpersonal skills; negotiation and influencing skills; customer centric; ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency; analytical and good problem solving skills; can work with minimum supervision.
