We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Investment Operations Manager. Principal Responsibilities Monitor and support daily trades processing in different systems Ensure smooth trade settlement, corporate actions election and maintain accurate books and records Handle client’s instruction on cash wiring and settlement Reconcile transactions and investigate discrepancies Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders Identify system gaps and collaborate on enhancements and testing Streamline processed and strength operational controls Requirements Around 3-4 years of relevant working experience Solid understanding on trade processing and operational workflows Strong attention to details and a commitment to quality Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective communication with different stakeholders for business outcomes You’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited. #J-18808-Ljbffr
