Overview

Investment Banking Operations is seeking an Operations Expert - Senior Analyst (NCT) to join Deutsche Bank in Manila. The role supports accurate trade booking, risk management and timely settlement within a controlled regulatory environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • As an Operations Expert (Sr. Analyst), ensure timely booking of trades within required systems.
  • Apply problem-solving and investigative techniques to trade booking/flow issues.
  • Update trade amendments within prerequisite systems as required.
  • Apply root cause investigation to repetitive issues or problems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, onshore and offshore.
  • Identify risk and possible escalation of any trade or booking issues and escalate to your team manager.
Your Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or related field.
  • Prior experience in Investment Banking or Commercial Bank Operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively; proactive attitude.
