Irwin Data Collection & Research team provides tools to help businesses manage investor relations activities, engage with shareholders, and enhance communication with the financial markets. These services are designed to improve how companies interact with investors and streamline related processes. What You’ll Do Data Intake and Validation: Execute the processing of large datasets into customer accounts with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. Timely Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer data issues promptly, working closely with Customer Success Managers to understand and resolve challenges. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer data uploads and outline the processes for training and reference. Communication with Customer Success Team/Clients: Communicate effectively with the customer success team/clients, providing updates on upload progress, challenges, and resolutions. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure alignment between upload processes and customer service goals.
