In this role, your mission is to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance-related claims. You will make a direct impact by:

• Verifying and organizing case details to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinating with insurance carriers and police agencies to gather critical information.
• Preparing and submitting essential documentation to keep claims moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (any field). Prior experience in data entry or insurance is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, empathy with persuasiveness.
• Non-Negotiables: Comfortable speaking in English over the phone; confident and detail-oriented.
• Tech: Familiarity with internet-based tools, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
