Senior Digital Strategist

As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping the organization's strategic and operational direction through establishing the Digital Strategy department and BBXs digital innovations.
You will drive the digital teams growth and influence the company's broader business strategy. Your focus will be on defining the future of the agencys digital strategies, building and sustaining high-value client partnerships, and fostering a culture of consistent operational excellence, and continuous innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Impact: Drive the digital strategy units direction and influence organizational growth across all client accounts, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Team Development: Establish efficient operational processes as well as training initiatives to upskill the team and ensure continuous innovation and mastery of emerging technologies.
- Innovation Building: Lead strategic initiatives that define the future of the companys digital strategies and competitive advantage through digital innovations.
- Client Growth: Build, nurture, and sustain high-value, long-term client partnerships.
- Organizational Influence: Contribute to shaping the company's broader business strategy, leveraging digital insights and opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience and credentials in digital strategy, with a proven track record and certifications.
- Exceptional leadership in strategy development, execution, and team management, with a proven focus on shaping organizational strategy through digital innovation and transformation.
- Expertise in devising and implementing comprehensive, full-funnel strategies (awareness to conversion), encompassing integrated 360 marketing projects (PR, digital media, creative, content, and brand strategy).
- Mastery of emerging digital technologies, media channels and paid media campaigns.
- Demonstrated proficiency in platform-specific optimization using tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager etc.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience tracking performance via Google Analytics and social media tools, effective budget management, and maximizing ROI.
- Proven ability to build and sustain high-value client partnerships through exceptional service delivery, managing complex client budgets, and effectively presenting data-driven insights. Expertise in cross-functional collaboration with media vendors, creative agencies, and internal brand teams.
- Experience in developing robust digital-focused brand and content marketing strategies that align with business objectives for clients
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or strategy are strongly preferred.
- Collaborative mindset and proven experience in high-level decision-making and people management.
