JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Head to lead multi-site store maintenance, facilities management, construction projects, and HSE programs across all SHG stores and commissary. This role ensures all facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Engineering, Facilities & Maintenance Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for stores and commissary Ensure all equipment, utilities, and facilities are optimized and compliant Oversee construction, renovation, and store fit-out projects Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers Conduct site inspections and facility evaluations across branches Oversee budgets for engineering and maintenance activities Implement and optimize CMMS for work orders, assets, and preventive schedules Monitor engineering tickets, service requests, and response times B. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Establish and monitor companywide HSE programs and policies Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental regulations Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits Lead investigations on incidents and implement corrective actions Drive sustainability: energy efficiency, waste management, environmental initiatives C. Construction & Project Management Oversee store construction timelines, budgets, and quality Coordinate with operations and vendors for design, fit-out, and build requirements Ensure all projects meet brand standards, safety codes, and engineering specifications Track progress, expenses, and project KPIs for management reporting D. Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor engineers, technicians, safety teams, and project personnel Strengthen a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement Coordinate with Operations and cross-functional teams for seamless execution Provide regular reports on project status, risks, engineering metrics, and compliance JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Occupational Health & Safety (Master’s preferred) 15+ years in engineering, facilities or HSE; 10 years in senior leadership Strong experience in construction, project management, and multi-site maintenance Deep knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety regulations Experience managing vendors, budgets, and large-scale technical projects Leadership experience handling engineering teams (min. 5 direct reports) Proficient in CMMS, MS Office, and engineering systems Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills Must have experience in multi-store retail, restaurants, or medical clinics #J-18808-Ljbffr
