Overview

ASAP: Civil Engineer - Water Utility Project at Bureau Veritas North America. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to support the successful execution of water utility infrastructure projects in the CALABARZON region. The role involves overseeing construction quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining high standards of safety and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor all civil works and quality-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct inspections on water pipelines, reservoirs, treatment facilities, and related structures.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Support the Project QA/QC Manager in implementing the Project Quality Program (PQP/ITP).
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project documents and scope of work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure or water utility projects
  • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and ISO 9001 standards
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
