The Role Join our top-tier staffing sales team in Pakistan, focused on connecting skilled professionals in Medical, Aviation, Engineering, and IT with U.S. companies. We are seeking persuasive, English fluent agents to engage U.S. businesses and generate qualified staffing leads. Job Title: RECRUITMENT PITCH: SALES AGENTS Requirement: EIGHT (08) Company: BENELUX TEK PVT LTD. Location: REMOTE 100% Industry: MEDICAL, AVIATION, ENGINEERING, & IT STAFFING WHAT WE OFFER: 1. Base Salary Brackets: Entry-Level: PKR 50,000 – 60,000/month Intermediate: PKR 60,000 – 75,000/month Senior/Experienced: PKR 75,000 – 95,000/month 2. Commission: PKR 1,000 to 3,000 per qualified lead/transfer 3. Bonuses: Daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives 4. Paid Training: Full onboarding on sales scripts, CRM tools, and target industries Career 5. Growth: Opportunity to become Team Lead or Account Manager within 60 days JOB ROLE: Outbound B2B calling to U.S.-based hospitals, clinics, airlines, MROs, and tech firms Pitch our staffing solutions for roles in Nursing, A&P Mechanics, Engineers, and Software Developers Pre-qualify and capture business needs Fill CRM form and schedule appointments or live transfer to account managers Ensure data accuracy and lead qualification PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: Daily Target: 6+ qualified leads or call transfers Shift Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Night Shift Pakistan time) Accuracy: CRM compliance and QA spot checks Ideal Profile Fluent English with U.S. accent (preferred) 6+ months of outbound sales or call center experience Familiarity with healthcare, aviation, or tech industry terminology is a plus Laptop/PC with high-speed internet Strong communication, adaptability, and lead-closing confidence What's on Offer?
