Our ambition is to become a leading global MEP consultancy. As a purposeful employer, our Finance Team plays a critical role in our success. Our Manila operation, one of our two global design hubs, supports project delivery across regions and is integral to our growth.

This role involves coordinating and executing tasks aligned with local reporting requirements in collaboration with the local Finance team. Additionally, there will be group-related responsibilities working with the Group Finance Team and CFO to ensure consistent and accurate reporting standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent professional qualification, along with experience in Financial Accounting. Responsibilities include managing finance systems, overseeing financial projects, and ensuring accurate reporting and monitoring of financial activities.

You are encouraged to proactively escalate recommendations and plans to enhance support to our teams, ensuring smooth financial operations and adherence to best practices.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage & maintain Project Ledger/Database in D365 – supporting global operations.
  • Create project numbers for successful bids.
  • Input relevant project information accurately.
  • Ensure fee allocation aligns with project stages.
  • Create and execute internal controls.
  • Provide detailed reports as required.
  • Maintain data accuracy for forecasts, fees, client billings, control changes, and subconsultant fees.
  • Support debt collection processes.
  • Review and compile timesheets weekly in D365.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in accounting and finance.
  • Project accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably D365.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and authorities in Manila.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
