Submission and Maintenance of WIP (Work in Progress) report. WIP (Work in Progress) assigned to the Service Advisor should have an average aging days of not more than 30 days, and no transaction over 60 days upon opening of Repair Order. Requires periodic and regular training accomplishments with corresponding achievements Rigid compliance of service process assigned by brand and office. KPI shall include spot audit on: Physical inspection, Basic mechanical inspection, Mastery of customer consultation and walk around, Mastery of customer concern verification sheets, Identification of workshop load; Allocation of workshop load. Quality Control, Test Drive, Mastery of Review and Presentation of completed repair order, Mastery of Presentation of importance of next repair order, Comeback Log.
