Overview

We are looking for an SAP Fico Solutions Lead who will collaborate with External Consultants (functional or technical). The goal is to achieve successful delivery of the software product and/or service. You are accountable for the delivery of the individual work unit of code and test documents assigned to you. Success is measured by on-time delivery, staying within budget, and delivering high-quality work. The role is under the Flexible Real Estate department and is a Probationary employee type.

Responsibilities
  • Define and evaluate technical requirements, initiate procurement processes, and monitor budgets and availabilities.
  • Conduct system gap analysis and identify measures to address gaps between the existing and proposed system.
  • Assess business requirements and translate IT needs into a system design specification.
  • Design implementation plans and identify required resources (financial and people) to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Plan and assess acceptance testing and data conversion approaches, and manage the seamless integration of multiple inter-related solutions.
  • Orient high-level users/executives and execute IT training and cascade programs to ensure continuous knowledge transfer.
  • Facilitate meetings to clarify business processes, manage timelines for assigned functions, and resolve minor project concerns.
  • Handle multiple and changing priorities; plan and lead small to medium projects and installations.
  • Identify functional hierarchy and define functions to be performed by the new system and their relationships.
  • Evaluate feasibility and workability of system designs.
  • Formulate user acceptance criteria and conduct actual system validation with key process owners.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accountancy, or a similar field; background in Agile or Waterfall implementation methodology.
  • 5–10 years of related work experience in programming and/or technology practice.
  • At least 4 Full Cycle Implementation experiences. For Applications and Operations Support, equivalency evaluations may apply but should be commensurate with the described experience.
  • Certification related to programming/technology is a plus but not required (e.g., SAP ABAP, Mendix).
  • Experience in S/4HANA implementation and/or support is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business processes of RECORD TO REPORT.
  • Ability to demonstrate dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM, PM).
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
