We offer on-demand UX services to B2B SaaS companies of varying sizes. We are currently looking for a UX Coordinator who can assist us with coordinating UX tasks internally and with clients.

Communicate UX tasks internally and with clients

Convert project conversation/discussion into relevant tasks

Keep clients updated with tasks, progress, and blockers

Communicate task schedules and budget to assignees

Create and assign ClickUp tasks to team members

Review that design requirements are met and approved by design lead

Coordinate internal and client Figma files, ensuring that approved designs are updated in client files.

Help in delivering designs to client (usually Loom or sometimes call)

You are a good fit if

0-2 Years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects

General understanding of UI/UX Design and software development process

You are a good communicator

You can use Figma (managing files, pages, layers, accounts)

You are proactive in improving existing processes

You are proficient in using ClickUp

You have strong problem solving skills

You have a keen eye for detail

Would be a plus if

You are expert in ClickUp and Figma

You have experienced managing or coordinating UI UX projects

Will start as a part-time position (potential to become full-time)

100% remote operations
