Our Risk Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) , Taguig in the role of Pillar Head .

In this role, you will manage the bank's risk by monitoring risks, preparing reports for committees, and ensuring policy compliance. You'll develop risk management policies and frameworks, offer training and development for staff, and regularly assess compliance with regulations. Additionally, your focus will include enhancing customer experience by maintaining high service standards and implementing recognition programs for excellent service.

What the role will entail
  • Support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in managing Pillar risks - Data Analytics and Automation - within the Bank’s defined risk appetite and risk-reward policy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
  • Identify, measure, and monitor key risks and their drivers across the organization.
  • Promote a strong risk culture and awareness throughout the Bank.
  • Provide timely and accurate risk reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework to ensure alignment with evolving risk profiles.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience with a proven track record in senior leadership roles and enterprise-wide oversight.
  • Skilled in engaging with executive stakeholders, including board-level presentations and strategic discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build organizational capability through talent development, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
