Analog Devices seeks a motivated New Product Logistics Specialist to coordinate product development logistics and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Coordinate all logistic aspects of New Product development for MCG. Liaise between product line and manufacturing organizations. Create, review with team, and submit PRIME and PROMIS applications and manufacturing interface forms for all projects. Review daily status of all WIP for evaluation, qualification, characterization, and stock, monitoring & reporting to the team on progress versus commits. Create & maintain WIP report for each project, accessible and easy to follow for all team members. Escalate and expedite material when required. Identify process weaknesses causing material delays and errors, develop solutions & implement change. Act as an advisor to product schedules and resolve problems to achieve product development goals. About You The company is looking for: A highly motivated and supportive individual with strong proven product logistics specialist experience. Ability to work with Functional Stakeholders such as Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing. Capability to analyze diverse problems and exercise sound judgment within defined practices and policies. Ambitious, energetic, and motivated to take on new career challenges.
