Job Title: Marketing Specialist- Analog Devices
Location: Philippines, Cavite, GTC (Hybrid Working Model Eligible)
Job Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role within the
ADC Business Unit
, providing
comprehensive marketing support
across multiple teams and functions. This position involves close collaboration with
Marketing Engineers, Design Engineers, Product Planners, Project Managers, New Product Coordinators, and Pricing Specialists
, ensuring a seamless integration of marketing strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Brand Management

• Oversee the deployment and sampling process to nurture early-phase market growth.
• Create marketing and branding instructions for all models in the portfolio.

Product Launch & Sales Support

• Provide marketing support for the introduction of new products to the market.
• Facilitate communication and strategic alignment with the sales organization.

Online & Product Enablement

• Support online purchase enablement for selected products.
• Manage the X-grade product enablement process within ADI's internal systems.

Compliance & Lifecycle Management

• Oversee licenses, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and product lifecycle management to ensure seamless product transitions and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting business units with various project tasks as a necessary opportunity for the candidate to grow professionally and acquire new skills.

General Business Support

• Serve as the primary interface for customer queries, providing timely and accurate information on product status, quality, and order delivery management.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong team player with effective communication and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and capable of driving tasks to completion through coordination with multiple groups.

Location and Working Model:
This position is based in Cavite, Philippines and is eligible for a hybrid working model after training period.
