Responsibilities

• Preparation and Roasting: Prepare and cook "litson manok" (roasted chicken) by accurately marinating, seasoning, and roasting the chicken according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistent cooking quality, ensuring the chicken is cooked to perfection with optimal flavor and presentation.
• Cooking Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized cooking area, including the proper sanitation of all cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality, tenderness, and presentation of the roasted chicken before serving, adhering to food safety standards.

• Cooking Experience: Prior experience in cooking or food preparation, particularly with grilling or roasting, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of traditional "litson manok" preparation techniques is a significant advantage.
• Food Safety: Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling of raw ingredients.
• Ability to work in an environment that follows health codes.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent product quality in a fast-paced environment.
