Overview The Branch Operations Head (BOH) shall be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring that policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. He/she will assist the Branch Manager in the preparation of annual budget and manpower planning reports and decisions and will be responsible for the administration, control and physical custody of all accountable forms. Additionally, the role shall be accountable for the smooth operational efficiency of the Accounting, Clearing, Investment, Loan and Foreign Section of the Branch. Responsibilities Supervise and oversee daily branch operations in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist the Branch Manager in preparing the Annual Budget and manpower planning reports and decisions. Administer, control, and maintain custody of all accountable forms. Ensure smooth operational efficiency of the Accounting, Clearing, Investment, Loan and Foreign Section of the Branch. Maintain knowledge of branch operations policies, internal policies, audit system requirements, BSP and other agencies’ policies, administrative disciplinary rules and procedures, and MS Office applications. Qualifications College Graduate with major in Business or Accounting. 3-5 years of job experience in branch operations as a Bank Branch Officer.
