In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

The SuccessFactors Recruitment Management consultant role will design and deploy HR technology solutions establishing key business capabilities & enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Works closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management.

The Consultant will work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Talent Management modules such as Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing. This role requires proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules like Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing. Provide training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools. Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules
