Reporting to: Senior QA Brand Expert I

Position: QA Brand Expert I (Individual Contributor)

The QA Brand Expert I supports the quality assurance process by reviewing creative outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and technical standards. Under the guidance of the Senior QA Brand Expert, they help identify errors, log findings, and collaborate with the production team to uphold quality benchmarks across all deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• QA Execution and Support
  • Conduct initial QA checks on creative assets based on established checklists and brand guidelines.
  • Flag inconsistencies, formatting errors, and quality risks before final review by the Senior QA.
  • Assist in routing assets for approvals or revisions based on QA outcomes.
• Task Tracking and Documentation
  • Update internal trackers with QA status and task notes.
  • Maintain proper documentation of feedback, revisions, and approvals for traceability.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with Producers and the Senior QA to clarify feedback and ensure expectations are met.
  • Participate in QA huddles when needed to align on standards or escalate blockers.
• Continuous Learning
  • Actively participate in calibration sessions, training, and mentorship to enhance QA skills.
  • Stay updated with brand and client-specific requirements across projects.
• On-site Work and Training
  • Must be available for on-site work once a week, including scheduled on-site training sessions as needed.
• Other Responsibilities
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Media, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Production Support, preferably within a creative or media production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with developing analytical skills and a willingness to learn quality review best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, and digital asset management platforms is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Final Cut.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable operating on both Mac and Windows systems.
• Good communication skills, able to understand and apply feedback from cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of creative production workflows, formats, and QA processes.
• Organized and able to manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
• Positive, deadline-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and personal accountability.
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Work Set-Up and Working Hours

• 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT, Monday to Friday
