The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes and improve efficiency. You'll work closely with project managers, engagement managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow functionalities. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and design technical solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Participate in system integrations and multiple platform implementations. Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues efficiently. Stay current with the latest ServiceNow updates and certifications. To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development. Proficiency in Java, HTML, and CSS (other languages such as PHP or C are a plus). Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required. ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage.
