We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong post-contract management experience , preferably with a background in Middle East projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost and contract-related aspects of ongoing construction projects. Candidates must be ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Manage all post-contract activities , including variations, change orders, and final accounts. Review and analyze contract terms, scope of work, and project documentation. Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost plans. Evaluate subcontractor claims, progress payments, and invoices. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for commercial and contractual matters. Prepare detailed cost reports and provide regular updates on project financial status. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and contract requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management . Minimum of 10 years of QS experience , with solid post-contract exposure . Middle East project experience is highly preferred. Must be ready to join immediately. Excellent understanding of contract administration and cost control. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and QS software/tools.
