The Master Data and Order Management AM is a role that will be created to join two roles in one Assistant Manager capacity to:

• Ensure proper Master Data Governance in Shiseido Philippines across the systems being used in SCM including but not limited to MDG, S4 HANA, Integrated Business Planning, and CEGID.
• end-to-end order management for all channels. This person will also be responsible for proper stock replenishment and inventory management at consignment stores and to ensure timely delivery of products and high rate of on-shelf availability

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams within Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Operations, 3PL, locally, regionally, and globally.

• Processes Sales Order and Outbound in SAP (S4 HANA) for the weekly deployment of Consignment Stores and Outright Orders for selling stocks, POSMs, and Marketing Request Forms.
• Manages version up codes during SO creation in SAP to ensure achievement of External Fill Rate target.
• Coordinates with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) to ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of orders in both quantity and quality.
• Processes stock returns from stores to warehouse for quarterly and ad hoc pullout.
• Monitors and reviews Backloads, Point of Delivery, and Outbound of 3PL.
• Coordinates with 3PL to resolve delivery issues and complaints.
• Translates Demand Planners’ forecast into replenishment plan considering lead time and safety stock requirement to ensure optimal inventory level and on-shelf availability at consignment stores.
• Calculates stock replenishment on a weekly basis on SKU-Store level and proposes strategies to ensure optimal inventory level and increase on-shelf availability at consignment stores.
• Works with Demand and Supply Planner in strategizing stock allocation between consignment stores and outright accounts in lieu of supply constraint.
• Drives stock rebalancing considering slow moving and excess stocks at consignment stores.
• Monitors and reports On-Shelf Availability (OSA) for consignment stores.
• Manage Capacity of 3PL and drive optimal Logistics Costs.
• Continuously improve ways of working and regular reviews between Commercial Team, DSP, 3PL, and Inventory team to achieve Fill-rate and OSA targets.

• Executes local article creation and article extension requests of Demand and Supply Planners.
• Checks/Follow-ups Purchase Info Record and Costing results, investigate the root cause.
• Manage kitting sets.
• Ensures that SRP for all articles are maintained prior arrival of stocks at port.
• Coordinates with 3PL WH, L2 support, and Inventory Audit Executive for IDOC errors in SAP related to Procurement and Master Data.
• Acts as a key point person for Material Master Data Governance for SPH.
• Coordinates and works closely with Global MDG for all matters related to material master data requirements.
• Manages and executes introduction of new systems for SCM use (i.e. IBP Supply Planning).
• Lead regular SKU and master data clean-up/maintenance activities i.e. annual Transfer Price update, ZOA1 and FRA1 update.
• Adhoc task if needed (System or data driven).

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning or order management and replenishment planning.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office Application (advanced Excel skills).
• Proficient in SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related fields.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen.
